  • Created Schaefer City Technologies’ brand identity from the ground up, including the nuclear symbol, color palette, and typography.

  • Designed to bring a fresh, modern feel to the insurance and legal space while maintaining professionalism.

  • The Sunrise and Charcoal palette references smoke and fire, balanced by Sky Blue to represent mitigation, clarity, and progress.

SCHAEFER CITY TECHNOLOGIES

  • Avalie provides courtroom technology support, managing trial presentation databases, real-time materials, and virtual trial systems.

  • The name Avalie—meaning “the one who has strength” in Persian and German—inspired a logo designed to visually represent clarity, confidence, and courtroom strength.

  • Avalie is a Tyson & Mendes company and reengaged Human Nature Studios for another logo, Schaefer City Technologies

  • Their solutions support Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and healthcare organizations worldwide.

  • Worked full-time as Design Specialist + Creative Lead from September 2019 to July 2020.

EXELA TECHNOLOGIES

At Exela, I led the development of a new, imagery-driven pitch deck and PowerPoint template aligned with their refreshed brand identity. The system was then adapted into 10+ industry-specific versions, including the Life Sciences deck shown here.

Designed multiple Leadpages landing pages for exela.com to support display and social ad campaigns. Each page adhered to brand standards and applied proven conversion tactics, including product-in-use imagery, clear copy, social proof, and lead-capture offers.

Designed flexible Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word templates for sales and marketing materials, including case studies and white papers. The system balanced visual clarity with ease of use, enabling teams to customize content while maintaining brand consistency across print and digital formats.

Developed display ads for an A/B test as part of a creative campaign for Exela’s Real-Time Payments platform. I led the campaign concept, copy, and design, targeting California-based banking and financial executives with lighthearted, lifestyle-driven messaging—resulting in ads that significantly outperformed previous campaigns.

  • The Alternative Board (TAB) is a global organization providing peer advisory boards, executive coaching, and strategic planning for small and mid-sized business owners.

  • TAB members participate in confidential peer groups to share challenges, gain perspective, and learn from fellow business leaders.

  • The organization also offers business tools and coaching to support better decision-making, operational clarity, and growth.

THE ALTERNATIVE BOARD

Designed Adobe InDesign and Canva templates for TAB’s LinkedIn awareness and lead-generation campaigns. The awareness ads highlighted TAB’s core benefits, while lead-gen ads used more direct, action-driven messaging and member imagery to drive downloads and sign-ups.

Designed multiple print layouts for TAB, including a complete reimagining of the New Member Kit. Beyond design, I restructured content and visual hierarchy to improve clarity, usability, and the overall onboarding experience
