Concept Brand Identity

The Hole Donut is a sweet treat shop where e"very whole doughnut comes with a doughnut hole". I thought up the idea for this company as well as created two alternative logos and brand identities! Everything created in this project - illustration, logo design, color palette, tagline, and company name was ideated and created by me.

The first branding concept utilizes two mascots - a doughnut and a doughnut hole - to communicate their tagline clearly. Their target audiences are children (brand is playful, fun, and kid-friendly) and adults reminiscing on the doughnuts of their childhood (brand has a vintage and nostalgic feel).

The second branding concept cleverly utilizes negative space and the doughnut shape to create eye-catching visuals that are retro and spirited.
